BE STEADFAST AND PRAY CEASELESSLY FOR NIGERIA, OLUGA URGES, AS MUSLIMS BEGIN RAMADAN FASTING
Hon. Taiwo Oluga, member representing Ayedaade/Irewole/Isokan Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives has urged Muslims all over Nigeria to use the 2020 (Hijra 1441) Ramadan Fasting to pray fervently for the country, as the country is being faced with countless challenges at this time.
One of the challenges is the deadly Coronavirus and It is not untrue that the pandemic Coronavirus is tormenting the country, as number of cases of Coronavirus is being announced daily.
She therefore urged Muslims all over the country to use this period of Ramadan fasting to seek the face of the Almighty Allah to spread His wings of favor and shield of protection over the country and make the dream of surviving this pandemic and other challenges a reality.
It was reported here not too long ago that the Osun State Representatives of All Progressives Congress in the House of Reps., Hon. Oluga inclusive, donated a sum of N5m to the State Government of Osun to support palliatives distribution in the State. The Chairperson, House Committee on Women in Parliament, hereby urge the good people of the State to continue to abide by the stay at home directives issued by the Governor, Alhaji ‘Gboyega Oyetola, and prayed that the battle against the pandemic shall be won and we shall all be counted worthy of being among the survivors.
